Waterfront Suites & Residences Pattaya Commences Construction (and show units nearing completion)
Waterfront Suites & Residences Pattaya is an exciting new project situated at Bali Hai Pier at the end of Walking Street. Construction Update (as of 20 June 2012)
Our Managing Director, Michael Barricelli, was at the project site today to inspect the recently started construction. The land is fully cleared and piling is well underway. This project, which is scheduled for completion around December, 2014 has obtained its EIA approval, and with the commencement of constuction is another step closer to becoming a reality.

Show suites are nearing completion
The show suite for the 75 sq.m. one bed room layout has been completed. Kitchens are fully fitted with dining island, western oven, 4-burner hob, hood, large refrigerator, and even a dishwasher. The fully tiled bath room includes a bath tub (shower is optional). Units feature the finest quality tiling throughout. During our visit, the 84 sq.m. duplex show suite was under construction, and is expected to be completed before the end of this month. These duplex units feature soaring ceilings and stunning sea views from both levels. These are sure to be very popular sellers.
The Bali Hai area is undergoing a significant transformation
Since the early planning phase of this project, there have been assurrances by Pattaya City Hall that the Bali Hai Pier area would undergo significant improvements. During this recent visit, it is clear that the city and the Mayor are making good on these promises. The boats which are now parked on trailers as photographed below will be relocated to the dock area which is currently under construction (see photo). We are told that once moved, the area will be converted into a cosmopolitan shoppng and dining area.
There are also other area improvements underway. Adjacent to the Bali Hai boat terminal, with ferries traveling between Bali Hai Pier and Koh Larn island several times daily, a new car park is under construction. There is increased traffic to this ever popular area, particularly from Bangkok residents. As one can see from all the development going on in this area, Waterfront Suites & Residences Pattaya is going to be a winner.
If you haven't taken a look at this project for some time because you wanted to wait until "something has started", now is the time to look. Although the 44 sq.m. studios are virtually sold out, there are several other unit layouts and sizes to meet most lifestyles and budgets.
Prices for reamining units start from 6.6 million baht for one of the few remaining 44 sq.m. studios. The largest units range to the "upper brackets", meaning it is most suitable for those who want only the best at whatever the price.
